Every year our family gathers together around the first week in August and celebrates the joy of each other's company.
Though we have gathered together in many different places like Wilmington NC, Atlanta GA and on a cruise to the Bahamas, most often, we come together in Newberry, South Carolina.
This year, we will again, come together as a family in Newberry, SC.  Below is the most the most current information regarding this year's year reunion.  This letter was mailed out to all family members on the 18th of May

Words From the Messenger

"Hello Family!" This is just a reminder about our upcoming Family Reunion. In this letter, you will be informed of the specifics of it. Please set a good example by reserving and returning the information in a timely fashion. If you are unsure, respond to the best of you ability. One of the most difficult tasks during the past 25 years has been estimating the number of people who will be attending. This may seem like a small issue, but those that have coordinated the reunion and activities know the difficulties. It is only because of team work that we have seldom (if ever) run out of food. We hope everyone can and will attend.

"The last reunion of the 90’s." This years' Reunion is fast approaching. It is less than three months away. I hope every one is already making plans to attend.
A Block of rooms has been reserved at the Newberry Inn under "Julia Williams" name. Please make your reservations by calling 803.276.5850. If you encounter any problems, please contact one of the Family Messengers. A limited number of rooms have been reserved on first come / first serve basis.
As usual, the reunion will be held on the first Sunday in August. This years reunion dates are July 30^th 31^st and August 1^st. Please plan confirming your attendance by sending your dues and T-shirt Information.
Volunteers are still needed to assist with the activities. If you are interested, please let me know. I look forward to seeing you all.
